We’re excited to announce the Northeast Clover Academy 2026 – a time to connect with colleagues in the region, explore new ideas, and reflect on how to apply what you learn in your work.


Please save the following Thursday mornings (9:30–11:00 AM EST) on your calendar:February 12, April 9, May 14, and December 10, 2026


Topics this year will include:

  • Volunteer Management – Recruiting and Retention

  • Program Planning Tools – Turning Ideas into Action

  • Conflict De-escalation

  • Group Decision Making & Youth-Adult Partnerships


These sessions are open to all 4-H staff. Each gathering will provide time to connect, engage with the content, and think about how to apply it in your programs.
