This is a 3-day conference open to all NYS youth entering 8th grade and up. It includes two program tracks – University U: For teens entering 8th grade and up. Youth are introduced to Cornell through campus tours and explore a variety of topics in six different departmental workshops. Youth are randomly assigned to these UU programs. Focus for Teens: For teens entering 10th grade and up. Youth spend 2 days with a specific department. Youth select their Focus for Teens program

Save the date! 4-H Capital Days will be May 17-19, 2026!   4-H Capital Days is an NYSACCE4-HE-sponsored event that gives youth an opportunity to meet and interact with legislators and tell their 4-H story. 4-H Capital Days creates awareness of career opportunities in the New York State government, a better understanding of state government, and networking with delegates from other counties. Delegates are chosen by their county 4-H program and chaperoned by their 4-H Educator
