RFP: NYSACCE4-HE Conference

Dear Colleagues,

The NYSACCE 4‑H Annual Fall Conference is coming up, and we are excited to invite you to share your expertise, ideas, and successes with peers from across the state by presenting a workshop or poster! The conference is October 13-15, 2026 at Skaneateles Fields Resort and Spa in Onondaga County.

This conference is an excellent opportunity to:

  • Showcase innovative programs, research, and practices

  • Inspire and learn from the youth development  community

  • Spark meaningful conversations and collaboration

  • Highlight the incredible work happening in your county or region

We welcome proposals at all stages—from well-established programs to new ideas, lessons learned, pilot projects, or emerging practices. If you have ever thought, “Someone else might find this useful,” this is your sign to submit!

Whether you prefer facilitating an interactive workshop or sharing your work through a poster presentation, your voice and experience are valuable and contribute to the strength of our statewide 4‑Hyouth development program.

Proposal details, deadlines, and submission guidelines can be found here: https://reg.cce.cornell.edu/26RFPNYSACCE4HE_235.

Deadline is May 26th.

If you have questions or would like help brainstorming a proposal, please don’t hesitate to reach out—we’re happy to support you.

We hope you’ll consider presenting and helping make this year’s conference engaging, informative, and inspiring.

Thank you for all you do to support 4‑H  and New York youth and families. - NYSACCE4-HE Professional Development Committee
