Worksite Wellness Ideas

Date: May 28, 2028 at 11:00 AM

Location: Online

In this virtual session, participants will explore high-quality educational resources and real-world examples of how CCE Associations have promoted whole-person wellness through meaningful actions that can be done individually and as a team. The session will highlight practical approaches across 4 key wellness areas: physical activity, nutrition, emotional well-being, and environmental wellness. Panelists will showcase strategies that have already been successfully implemented within the CCE system.

Participants will leave with adaptable tools and ideas they can use to strengthen connections with colleagues, support personal well-being, and integrate wellness into their Extension work while building a positive and healthy workplace culture.

Land Acknowledgement

Cornell University is located on the traditional homelands of the Gayogo̱hó꞉nǫ' (the Cayuga Nation). The Gayogo̱hó꞉nǫ' are members of the Haudenosaunee Confederacy, an alliance of six sovereign Nations with a historic and contemporary presence on this land. The Confederacy precedes the establishment of Cornell University, New York state, and the United States of America. We acknowledge the painful history of Gayogo̱hó꞉nǫ' dispossession, and honor the ongoing connection of Gayogo̱hó꞉nǫ' people, past and present, to these lands and waters.

This land acknowledgment has been reviewed and approved by the traditional Gayogo̱hó꞉nǫ' leadership. Learn more
