Virtual Research to Practice Conference & Immersions Registration Opens December 1!

February 3–5, 2026 | 12–3:30 PM ET

The conference will equip educators with research-based insights and hands-on strategies to ensure youth are Beyond Ready for work and life. Across three days, leading researchers will share practical applications on challenge and discovery, goal setting, and positive emotionality.

The conference is followed by three PYD Academy Immersion sessions that will show you how to use Beyond Ready tools to put the research into practice. These sessions are designed to inspire you, give you ideas for new programs or ways to strengthen existing ones, and give you tools that you can put to use right away in 4-H!

Land Acknowledgement

Cornell University is located on the traditional homelands of the Gayogo̱hó꞉nǫ' (the Cayuga Nation). The Gayogo̱hó꞉nǫ' are members of the Haudenosaunee Confederacy, an alliance of six sovereign Nations with a historic and contemporary presence on this land. The Confederacy precedes the establishment of Cornell University, New York state, and the United States of America. We acknowledge the painful history of Gayogo̱hó꞉nǫ' dispossession, and honor the ongoing connection of Gayogo̱hó꞉nǫ' people, past and present, to these lands and waters.

This land acknowledgment has been reviewed and approved by the traditional Gayogo̱hó꞉nǫ' leadership. Learn more
