Ripple Effect Mapping is an empowering evaluation technique that engages youth and adult audiences in reflecting on the impact of their work across the community. We will provide an overview of how to conduct ripple effect mapping and examples of its use with youth audiences in 4-H and Extension programs to capture longer-term development outcomes and plan more effective programming.
