Our STAR 2025 registration is officially open and will close out promptly on March 24, 2025. The fee to attend STAR is $200 and includes your 2-night hotel stay, food, and activities. After registration closes, we will assess a cancellation fee of $50.00 if cancellations come in after March 24, and substitutions are always welcome.

You will find a registration form attached with workshop details for ease of collecting registration. Some additional workshops have also been added!

If you are from the Western, Central, and or the Finger Lakes region, 4-H members interested in attending can apply for the NOCO Youth Leadership and Energy Awareness scholarship. We are still working on its dimensions and are hoping to offer a partial scholarship to cover HALF of your registration fees.

Land Acknowledgement

Cornell University is located on the traditional homelands of the Gayogo̱hó꞉nǫ' (the Cayuga Nation). The Gayogo̱hó꞉nǫ' are members of the Haudenosaunee Confederacy, an alliance of six sovereign Nations with a historic and contemporary presence on this land. The Confederacy precedes the establishment of Cornell University, New York state, and the United States of America. We acknowledge the painful history of Gayogo̱hó꞉nǫ' dispossession, and honor the ongoing connection of Gayogo̱hó꞉nǫ' people, past and present, to these lands and waters.

This land acknowledgment has been reviewed and approved by the traditional Gayogo̱hó꞉nǫ' leadership. Learn more
