nys4h4

May 23-24, 2023, Tuesday and Wednesday mornings from 9:30 am-12:00 pm

PRYDE is excited to share details regarding this year’s Youth Development Research Update (YDRU). The annual YDRU creates a forum for practitioners and researchers to discuss issues relevant to the well-being and development of children and adolescents. This coming May, the YDRU will be held virtually on Tuesday and Wednesday on May 23rd and 24th in a series of morning talks and discussions.

The conference will begin at 9:30am and adjourn around 12pm on both days. Cost for participating in this year’s YDRU is free for everyone. Please register for the conference here and invite colleagues who you think would be interested.

We hope that you will join us for this opportunity to connect and discuss the latest in youth development as you have in previous years. We look forward to seeing you in a few weeks!

If you have any questions, please reach out to Esther Kim at sk2274@cornell.edu.

Thank you so much! Esther Kim

Land Acknowledgement

Cornell University is located on the traditional homelands of the Gayogo̱hó꞉nǫ' (the Cayuga Nation). The Gayogo̱hó꞉nǫ' are members of the Haudenosaunee Confederacy, an alliance of six sovereign Nations with a historic and contemporary presence on this land. The Confederacy precedes the establishment of Cornell University, New York state, and the United States of America. We acknowledge the painful history of Gayogo̱hó꞉nǫ' dispossession, and honor the ongoing connection of Gayogo̱hó꞉nǫ' people, past and present, to these lands and waters.

This land acknowledgment has been reviewed and approved by the traditional Gayogo̱hó꞉nǫ' leadership. Learn more
