Ignite 2025 will take place at the Marriott Marquis Downtown D.C. This new location will allow us to increase capacity in a larger space. The agenda is forthcoming, but here are some highlights:

  • Skill‑building workshops to prepare teens for life and career

  • Renowned keynote speakers

  • Offsite educational experiences

  • Public Speaking tips and tricks

  • Adult sessions and workshops

  • Hands‑on Track & Explore workshops and activities

  • Community action plans with Lead to Change

  • More connection and networking

  • Allergy‑friendly buffet lines

Thanks to all our Ignite by 4‑H supporters, we can offer a discount on all registrations, which is automatically applied to our Early Bird and General Admission rates. Registration opens August 6th, so be sure to purchase quickly to lock in the best price. The Early Bird rate is available until October 15th.

Scholarship RFAs are now open. Thanks to Bayer, Charles Schwab Foundation, CHS Foundation, and Nationwide Foundation, we are able to provide a limited number of scholarships that will cover the entire registration fee. Deadline is September 13th!

Want to present at a workshop? We've extended our deadline for workshop applicants to September 12th! We are looking for educators AND teens to facilitate hands‑on workshops. If chosen for a workshop, you will receive two registrations.

We'll continue to send out updates on Ignite 2025! As always, you can follow National 4‑H Council's social channels to stay updated on Ignite. We're looking forward to seeing you there.

Land Acknowledgement

Cornell University is located on the traditional homelands of the Gayogo̱hó꞉nǫ' (the Cayuga Nation). The Gayogo̱hó꞉nǫ' are members of the Haudenosaunee Confederacy, an alliance of six sovereign Nations with a historic and contemporary presence on this land. The Confederacy precedes the establishment of Cornell University, New York state, and the United States of America. We acknowledge the painful history of Gayogo̱hó꞉nǫ' dispossession, and honor the ongoing connection of Gayogo̱hó꞉nǫ' people, past and present, to these lands and waters.

This land acknowledgment has been reviewed and approved by the traditional Gayogo̱hó꞉nǫ' leadership. Learn more
