    Why Take This Course?

In a world facing complex environmental challenges, E-STEM education empowers educators to prepare youth to be scientifically literate, environmentally engaged citizens. This course explores how environmental education can be meaningfully integrated into STEM subjects through:

          ● Inquiry-based and project-based learning      ● Real-world environmental investigations      ● Cross-disciplinary lesson design rooted in science and sustainability      ● Active learning strategies that spark curiosity and critical thinking

With a focus on both formal and nonformal education, you’ll gain research-informed strategies and develop your own E-STEM lesson plans. This course equips you to foster student agency, connect science to lived experiences, and nurture the next generation of changemakers.
