NYS 4-H Animal and Agricultural Leadership Program Kicks Off with Successful Weekend

ITHACA, N.Y. — The New York State 4-H Animal Science team at Cornell University is thrilled to announce the successful launch of the NYS Animal and Agricultural Leadership Program (AAL), a pioneering initiative designed to bridge the gap between high school education and careers in the dairy, livestock, and equine industries. This first-of-its-kind program welcomed 28 youth from across New York State and New England for an exciting, skill-building weekend at Cornell University, where they embarked on the first leg of their year-long journey toward agricultural leadership.
