Coffee and Conversations Gathering

Dear colleagues ,

We’re excited to invite you to our monthly session of ☕ Coffee and Conversations Gathering, a space created for meaningful dialogue, shared learning, and mutual support.

Session Theme: Leading with Collective Care

In a time of constant change and evolving demands, we are centering this conversation on the practice of collective care — how we care with and for one another in ways that strengthen our leadership, our teams, and the communities we serve.

This month, we’ll explore:

  • How we model care and connection in our leadership

  • What it looks like to create space for well-being and accountability

  • How values like solidarity, healing, and interdependence shape sustainable leadership

Date: July 30, 2025

Time: 10:30 – 11:30aPlease Register at this link: https://cornell.zoom.us/meeting/register/P0niOiUaQWuKUaFdbt58hQ

Whether you come to listen, share, or simply be in community, your presence is valued. These conversations are a reminder that we are not leading alone — we are part of an ecosystem of care, collaboration, and collective growth.

With appreciation and in partnership,

Malinda, Eduardo, Sara, Patty and Adam

CCE Organizational Sustainability team

Land Acknowledgement

Cornell University is located on the traditional homelands of the Gayogo̱hó꞉nǫ' (the Cayuga Nation). The Gayogo̱hó꞉nǫ' are members of the Haudenosaunee Confederacy, an alliance of six sovereign Nations with a historic and contemporary presence on this land. The Confederacy precedes the establishment of Cornell University, New York state, and the United States of America. We acknowledge the painful history of Gayogo̱hó꞉nǫ' dispossession, and honor the ongoing connection of Gayogo̱hó꞉nǫ' people, past and present, to these lands and waters.

This land acknowledgment has been reviewed and approved by the traditional Gayogo̱hó꞉nǫ' leadership. Learn more
