Our shared COVID-19 experience, and the experiences of the youth we serve are infused with grief and loss. The impact manifests itself in different ways for different people, at different ages. We will address the impact COVID-19 has had on the mental health of children, teens, and young adults in their own voices. This presentation will provide the latest available research and trends, offer insight into the COVID-19 specific spectrum of grief and loss, and offer valuable resources to face the rising tide of discomfort in today’s youth.
